Your adventure begins in Oban, where you’ll board the ferry to Mull and travel in comfort in the Ocean Vertical vehicle. From start to finish, every detail is designed to let you focus on connecting with this magical landscape.

- Coasteering on the Isle of Erraid: Wild Swimming the crystal-clear waters around this tidal island, equipped with wetsuits, Clamber over rocks, swim in deep pools, and discover the exhilaration of exploring Mull’s dramatic coastline up close.

- Exploring Staffa and Puffin Watching: Witness the majesty of the Isle of Staffa, where puffins arrive each April to nest for four months. Marvel at these charming seabirds in one of Scotland’s most iconic wildlife settings.
- Visiting the Isle of Iona: Explore the historic and tranquil Isle of Iona, the cradle of Christianity in Scotland. Wander through its ancient abbey, enjoy the serenity of its white-sand beaches, and soak in the spiritual atmosphere that has drawn travellers for centuries.
- Evening Drams and Comfort Camping: Unwind with drams under the stars at Fidden Farm Campsite, surrounded by pristine white sands and turquoise waters. Enjoy the simplicity of camping with high-quality tents and camp cooking equipment provided.
- Scotland’s Big Five Wildlife: Mull is one of the best places in Scotland to encounter the “Scottish” Big Five: red deer, otters, seals, golden eagles and red Squirrel. From coastal cliffs to forested glens, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to spot these iconic creatures in their natural habitat.
Itinerary
Day 1
- Meet in Oban. (Pick-up from other locations can be arranged.)
- Ferry to Mull, arriving at Craignure 0815.
- Drive to Fidden Farm Campsite on the Ross of Mull and set up camp.
- Enjoy a hearty lunch prepared on camp stoves.
- Afternoon: Wild swimming and exploring adventure on the Isle of Erraid.
- Evening: Dinner in Fionnphort followed by drams back at the campsite.
Day 2
- Morning: Hike Ben More, with stunning views and expert guidance.
- Afternoon: Return to camp and relax, taking in the incredible scenery.
- Evening: Campfire cooking and time to soak in the wild beauty of Mull.
Day 3
Visit the Isle of Iona, a short ferry ride from Fionnphort. Explore Iona Abbey, its peaceful beaches, and historic sites before returning to Mull.
Explore the Isle of Staffa and experience its unique wildlife and landscapes. Puffins in season make this an unforgettable highlight!
- Journey back to Craignure, with time to spot Scotland’s Big Five along the way.
- Ferry to Oban, arriving in the evening.
